As someone who has been through a bathroom renovation in an old San Francisco condo (and did it all myself), I can help you navigate the process step by step, and help you save money in the process. I don’t work for a Contractor, I’m not a Designer (but I think I have good taste?), I don’t work for the City, I’m just here to help you through the process.
1 Hour Consult
$149
An hour is sometimes all you need to tackle a laundry list of items! Open to chat through whatever you want to at a lightening speed - permitting, contractors, negotiations, design, the list goes on. I promise, you’ll get more than your money’s worth for $149.
2D Drawings
$299
This includes a 1 hour consult to go through your design + then I make a 2D design for you to use to bid out the work! This is the best way to tell Contractors exactly what you want and hold them accountable.
Full Bathroom Package
$899
Comes with 5 Consults: (1) Overview of the Process, (2) Design, (3) Quote Review, (4) Material Ordering, (5) Change Orders, 2D Drawings, and emergency email access through your renovation!
